I got a couple buddies from work that are going with us also so we gotta get you running right. One has a cammed 2000 SS and the other has a 2009 SRT8 Charger. Hopefully my car wont be limping to much longer.
Look forward to seeing all you guys run.

Well twist my arm! **** it, i'll be there regardless then and use the track to get some good WOT logs so I can get this ironed out! What time are ya'll thinking of heading out there? I know I still have to tighten up the race's on my roto-joints, install new rear end links, and grease everything up - after I get off work tomorrow. PLUS, I plan on hitting up Washington afterwards and trying to go see that chick I showed you the other day

Don't feel bad, last time I went out, September 25th 2010, the first pass I ran like a 12.6719 @ 104.14 MPH. They didn't have the checkered flags marking the 1/4 and the back lights weren't on yet. I was doing around 120 MPH and figured I had passed the 1/4 and let off. I was surprised to find out I had let off before the end of the line. The next pass I broke the driveshaft on the launch.
This past Saturday, I got in 3 passes before I decided to give up. The first pass, I ran a measly 13.0561 @ 110.70. I'm getting high RPM (4K-6K) misfire and/or detonation. This is through all gears. The second pass, I ran a better but still worse than last September, 12.7898 @ 111.30. The last pass it was popping so bad in 3rd I let off and ran a 13.0621 @ 108.46. My IAT's were in the 130-140*F range at the start of the passes. I am either running out of fuel or the oil cooler I put in front of the AC condenser is heating the incoming air too much and causing detonation.
What time were you there? I ran from around 7:30 til 8:45 and headed out.

Haha, you should of said something! So, how bad was my car popping? Any flames out the pipes? There was a lot of fuel being dumped out the tail pipes in the higher RPM range!

Hey yo, I think I got it fixed, or 99% of it anyway. I moved the oil cooler on Saturday and put a fan on it yesterday. That and changing plugs and wires last week and I am 99% sure it is good to go. If so, we are going back this Saturday, the 20th! Just later in the evening...

Anyone going out this Saturday? I have some buddies coming out (couple ram srt-10s, a few TBSSs, twin turbo 350Z, ZR1, some SRT8s, and a few mustangs) I know it will be pretty hot but should be a good time.
