Gen 5 Camaro Drivetrain Tech - Mcloed clutch/throw out bearing issue

I have been running the mcloed twin disk clutch for a month or so now and just in the recent day or so the clutch peddle got extremely hard to push and the clutch makes a rubbing/almost grinding noise... It's extremely loud and the thing is is that it comes and goes but mainly comes lol. Clutch still engages and works but EXTREMELY tough clutch pedal and awful sounding at idle with and without (mainly with) the clutch engaged...
I'm thinking the throw out bearing is prob bad?
