Default Found the source of my rattle, how can i fix?

Alright, I have a obnoxiously loud rattle right, and i found out where it is.

I banged on my exhaust and i hear something rolling around near my cat converter.. it is BRAND NEW, so im thinking maybe they did a shitty job cutting and welding in place im assuming ?

looks like its coming from my y or I pipe, by my cat..

so not to ask a stupid question, but how do i get it out?

I would have to cut the pipe and physically shake it out or something? or do i need to replace the cat?

what do ya'll think

If it's not a loose heat shield, I'd take it back to the place that did the exhaust and have them fix it.
