Default 93 LX Mustang 4cyl to LQ4 swap questions

I just purchased a 93 LX Coupe with a 4cyl with the intentions of swapping in the 6.0 I have in my garage. I will use a th400 trans and a 9" rear(I already have).
Here is what i plan to buy/use for the conversion:
UPR Tubular K-Member kit for mod motor(coil over kit, a-arms and brace)
UPR lower and upper rear Control Arms
UPR Subframe connectors
UPR rear springs
5 lug swap in the front

What do i need to ditch on the 4cyl besides the motor/trans/rear?
I was reading on stangnet.com that you have to use all the 5.0 suspension pieces and some say you don't.

Anyone have a complete 4cyl to LS swap thread here? Parts list?
What about the stock gauges, can they work with the LS Swap?

I need some help on this so I can get it done right.

we put a 5.3 in an older 4cyl fairmont.

stock k member, stock brakes(manual and 4lug), stock springs. car handled ok and stopped ok too. many stops at the track from 135+.

I have a half a build thread I never finished just search my name. Mine was a 93 4cyl that already had an 8.8 swapped in it. I went with AJE kmember and motor mounts and the trans crossmember and it think it fit great.

You can use the stock mustang cluster but its a pain in the *** and not worth the trouble converting mechanial to electrical and stuff. I also swapped in a 99 trans am gauge cluster and the volts, coolant temp, speedo and tach all work. Just the gas gauge and oil pressure dont.

just tap the 6.0 sending units spots to ford sending units sizes. you can use the 4cyl stuff. i did a 6.0 in a 89 using all stock stuff. kmember, trans cross member, rear end, suspension, and gauges. when u get to that stuff i ca help you in your way.

I thought the tach in the foxes were known to be extremely unreliable past 5k?

If an F-body cluster was used why did the OP gauge not work?

Itsslow98-How do you like the AJE parts?

Is there a way to mount Autometer gauges in the area where the stock gauges are? I can't look at it just yet and alot of my questions will probably be answered when I get home and can physically see the car.

If anyone has pictures they can email me of the swap that would be awesome. I can't get to any picture hosting sites out here. softballnrd27@gmail.com
