User Support & Resources - Not receiving emails for subscribed threads

For some reason I am no longer getting emails when someone posts in a thread that I am subscribed to. The last email I got was on 8/1. I cant find anything wrong in my account. Can u help? Thanks

Have you logged into the web-based email account to check the contents of the Spam/Bulk/Junk folder? If you're using a pop-based (local email client) to download messages, they generally don't download Spam/Bulk/Junk folder contents from your provider. That's why you may need to log into your provider's web-based account to check the contents. It wouldn't be unusual for a provider to suddenly flag the email as spam/junk/bulk. The email server does handle a lot of volume of emails.
