how do i leave feed back for a user that has no posts, i usually just click on their trader rating on one of their posts to get to it.

You can alter the URL. First, find the userID of the member. If you know a link to their profile, their userID will be after the "u=" part of the URL.
For example, your userID is 165490 as you can see from the URL for your profile:
http://ls1tech.com/forums/member.php?u=165490
Then use the following link and plug in their userID after the "u=" part:
http://ls1tech.com/forums/itrader.php?u=
