Default 16lbs on a 2 bar map?
Has anyone ran 16 lbs on a 2 bar map withiut issues. also if im going sd and takin my car to a tuner do I need to get a custom OS still say from hptuners or ls1edit or my tuner should be able to do that correct?

It will be fine, just will run the same spark and fuel at 14.7+ psi.

Im running 17 on a cobalt 2 bar. Just like WhistlingZ said, it has to use the same spark and fuel as it does at the 14.7 limit.
