Really bad experience. I figured I'd order from the manufacturer. I placed the order on July 29, 2011 and got an invoice for it. I specifically asked them to ship it using USPS, because other couriers charge ridiculous amounts of brokerage fees. I contacted them on Aug 1, 2011 asking them for the tracking number. They told me that there is a 72hr processing time (business days), and my clutch was going to leave on Aug 2, 2011, and that USPS doesn't provide tracking info. I was like okay no problem.

Here's where it gets bad for me. On Aug 11, 2011 I receive and email with a UPS tracking number saying that my package just left. This is 9 days after they had said it'd leave. On top of that they shipped it using UPS. Now i'm going to have to deal with paying approximately 100$ in brokerage fees on top of the taxes. Sigh..

If they had been upfront with me about how long it'd take, I'd have gone to another manufacturer and paid more money. Another reason I ordered directly from them was because they said they could ship it using USPS.

I've been told that my only option is to wait to get the package, reject it, let it go back to them and they'll give me a refund.

I don't know what to do. I needed this damn clutch last week :\
