Default Clutch engaging too soon

Just installed a new master and bench bled it. Pedal was feeling great til I tried to drive it. When in gear and I relaese the clutch, It fully engages after I release the pedal a little over an inch. I cant feather it at all. Whats going on? or do I need to break it in and deal with it?

OE master
New OE clutch
Bench bled
Drill mod

Thanks, Roy

Flywheel was resurfaced.

I wanted to change the slave and was to anxious to wait till the stores opened up.
