Default what to do

Last night i broke a ring gear tooth of my 10 bolt. The rear that broke was a 2002 torsen diff with strange 3.73 gears i got the used from a buddy who had them in his car when he still had a 10 bolt. I installed the diff and gears into a 93 10 bolt with all new shims and bearings. Well after 3 passes of spinning then catching traction at wot on my way home i heard a clicking from the rear and my abs light came on. Today i pulled the cover and found that one ring tooth broke clean off and ruined my abs wheel. I have my factory 3.23 auburn rear to put back in there until i decide what to do. Should i beef up my current 10 bolt or put the factory one back in there unti i can afford a 12 bolt? The car is a bolt on lt1 runs 12.7's with a 1.68 60 when it does get traction. My last two trips to the track the car just stopped hooking best 60 i got was a 1.8. Should a bolt on lt1 with a 3600 stall break a 10 bolt like that?

Yes, a 1.6x 60 foot can brake a ten bolt. The gears may not have been setup correctly either....
