Default who sprays a 200 on #7 plugs

I am wondering if I can get away with #7 heat range ngks if I pull 10* timing and run c16 in the stand alone.

Anybody run #7s for a 200 shot?

I ran my BR7EFS ngks for a year on a 200 shot with no issues on 93 octane, I'm not sure on the timing in the car.

I don't have to pull ANY timing (18*) with c16 and br7efs on a .078(200) jet. YOUR RESULTS may vary.

Why would you want to "get away with it" on nitrous?

The 7's usually work well, I just want to make sure you realize you want to stay on the conservative side with things on a street car.

I have ran the br7's gapped to a .028 with 93 octane and a .076 nitrous pill. No problem. But every setup is different imo.

I read my plugs and I had to close the gap some because I was getting alot of spark blow out. Here is one example. I did it to clean up my tune.

Listen at the end of the video. You can also look under the vehicle and see it too.

Here is it at a different track with the plugs smaller gap and I only had to drop down a pill size on the fuel side.

I sprayed my 346, cam-only car, with a 200 rwhp shot at 22 degrees timing using 93 octane for a season. No issues ever. Well, I did break the ring gear in my 12 bolt and killed the tranny at the end of the season.

Are any of you guys spraying with a nozzle, or are most of you using plates now? I'm on the edge of if I want to spray that much with a nozzle. Need another fuel pump anyways.

Most spraying above 150 are going to be using plates.

There sure are alot of guys not pulling much time.

I just read in this months Super Chevy where they build this 454 LS and make a bunch of power. Then they throw a 200 shot at it off the rail and only PULL 6 degrees

I think its about time I upgraded to the 7's, I've been using the tr6's on my 200 shot. Thankfully never had any issues.
