Default How to align harmonic balancer on 5.3L?

I am rebuilding a 2002 5.3L and the balancer was dry rotted so I bought a new one. I match marked the old balancer to the crank, how do I figure out how to align the new balancer? Do I match up the balancing holes? Thank you ahead of time for your help.

Balancers are neutral-balanced from the factory, just stick it on and tighten 'er up.

The crankshaft does not have a key-way for the damper aliment, like said above just bolt it on
