I was wanting to know if theres any place to buy a brand new dash for a firebird, or a new passenger airbag cover pad.

You could try the dealer as they can check warehouses or GMpartsdirect might have it. But as these cars are almost 10 years old I doubt that GM is making them anymore. You might have to keep your eye out for a used one from someone parting a car out here or a junkyard.
