Default 5th Gen Camaro SS vs 135i

Ran a 5th gen this weekend, he said he had intake/tune/full exhaust/cam and was a 6MT. My car has ~410whp with tune/intake/downpipes/meth injection and weighs ~3600 (me + passenger).

I was really surprised at how much faster the cam make the ls3, up to this point I've only run intake/tune/exhaust Camaros and usually walk them. This was the closest race I've had in a long time, I usually can't find anyone close power-wise to me and blow them away or I'll get walked hard.

That exhaust note is perfect on his car as well, wish mine could sound like that

Which tune and meth kit are you running. Good runs btw and way to rep the n54. Btw, ls3 are single cam.

JB4 map 3 17 PSI and cooling mist meth kit with a CM10 nozzle. I'm on the list for RB turbos, but those won't be in for at least 6 months. Should be close to 500whp with them and a new intercooler. Thanks for the info on the single cam.

I don't think there have been many guys to break more than 470whp with the RB's although those are the best reworked turbo's on the market right now. Unless it's a glory run with 100% meth and 108 octane pushing 19psi. I like the rb's, but I'd get them not for any sort of peak power, but the power on the low end kicks in hard. Get yourself a cp too. you might find that the stock dv's leak after running those higher boost levels over stock. I got the the ETS cp and intercooler with duel 1/8th npt bungs for my cm10 nozzles. Only running a single on the meth for now. I couldn't be happier with ETS's stuff so give them a look.

Great runs! I really like those 35i's - they are to be reckoned with just with boltons and a tune. Can't wait to see with aftermarket single or twins. Any pics of your car or video outside the car doing a flyby??
