That alone was the only reason I got it instead of the Norris

I have no doubt that the Norris unit I'd good. I probably spent more money trying to duplicatehis setup with and fittings only elite engineering unit than what his cost. I may still put the elite unit on my GMT and get the Norris. If vengeance sells it I have no doubts on it's quality or performance

For those wanting a Gen2 style can, I am the only one that sells them that way. But with that said, the fittings into the catch can are all 1/4 NPT thread, so you can find fittings at any local performance shop or even mail order performance shops.

thanks ron, just one more question, the black fittings with the twist tite hose, is that just regular hose that pushes onto the valley caover nipple and my brass intake fitting?

I had a Norris unit on my Z06, good design for the price. However, the spigot on the bottom started to leak after a couple of years. Now i have one from Elite
Engineering, easier to drain & absolutely no way it can leak. However, it is 50% more expensive at $150. I'm just very picky about how clean my engine is. My friend has had a Norris unit for 2 years with no leakage yet, so, maybe I just got a defective model. Just my experience.

If you do ahve any issues with these units, please let me know and I will try to resolve them for you. I have had two units leak out of approx 3500 sold and one had a faulty drain (spigot like you described) and the other had a faulty lower o-ring. Both items were taken care of.

It would be cool if there was a way to put a petcock and drain hose on these units for easy draining. The elite unit I have is even kind of tough to unscrew the bottom due to the tight space.

I have one and it does have the pet **** on the bottom. It's a nice piece. Just trying to decide if I have it hooked up correctly now.
