Default Which exhaust is less restrictive???

So which one is less restrictive??

Stock catback with open cutout - im currently runnning one...

VS.

Magnaflow catback OR Hooker no cutout...

Im throwing around an idea about replacing my stock catback so my car can be less noisy but not having lost HP in the process, and sound good of course

The problem with the cutout on the stock exhaust is it's something like 2.75" piping, which is too small. The Magnaflow and Hooker catbacks are 3" and the mufflers are not restrictive, so I would say an aftermarket catback is the way to go.

well a cut out is gonna be less restrictive then them all,i had a slp lm1 to start , that had no issues and had great flow, i put the magnaflow on and my car felt like it just lost a bit,not much but i could tell, when i took the magnaflow off for the tsp duals i for sure could tell a gain ,car just felt alot stronger. i loved the magnaflow though, pipes fit like crap but wasnt to bad . imo magnaflow ,and a cutout is a great setup ,best of both worlds. but to be really honest duals own any catback period soundwise, but they are loud

Just get a cb and forget the rest. Get the Mag. Unless you wanna spend more then get a Borla non adjustable.
