meh bro i have them and i got them at a pretty good deal on craigslist but if i could do it over i would just get some pace setters from a vendor on here for better fitment...mine rub harder than an asian massage...save another hundred bucks for some better pace setters

x2, get pacesetters if your in a budget. I wouldn't mind ebay headers, they're pretty damn cheap but don't want to risk fitment issues. But they're honestly all the same ****.

Those cheap stainless headers on eBay are copies of Hooker headers (also the same design that Jet Hot uses). They do have some fitment issues, but some people have had trouble with Pacesetters as well, not to mention the Pacesetters are going to rust and look like crap after a year.

The extent of the fitment problems with the eBay headers is usually grinding a small amount of material off the K-member and cutting a casting tab off the engine block. This may sound frightening but it's a common procedure when installing long tubes.

I bought 2 sets of OBX with uncatted Y Pipe. I love the whole system, the Y Pipe has resonators that look like cats. The first set there was a little issue with the Y Pipe but it was resolved fairly easily. For 500$ I reccomend this pack.

I had Pacesetters on my old V6 and they started to rust after a year , I will try to save and go w/ real stainless steel LTs but looks like I'm going with Pacesetters again I think TSP is releasing stainless steel LTs, ima wait for those to see what's up.

I have eBay headers and had zero fittment issues. Mine also mad 327/347 with just headers and lid on a 98. No header company is exempt from someone having a fitment issue it happens with name brand as well. I got mine for under 200 stainless. If on a Budget go with the eBay headers

^^ I'm with him. Mine were 180 shipped. Mine fit great. I had to grind a tad bit off the k member on the driver side, but I've heard of name brand headers having that same problem.

I'm just saying that ive heard of these issues with other name brands. But with my eBay ones yes I had to grind about an 1/8 inch off. No big deal.

Just the word "grinding" makes it a big deal, for me of course lol.

Lots of people have had to cut and grind to get name-brand headers to fit so if you're not willing to do either of those things, keep the stock manifolds.

Do you have LTs? Nice 1/4 mile numbers if you don't have them.

I have them too, so far I love it. Had to grind a bit of the k-member but it really isnt that big of a deal.

headers are headers really. anyone could make them. just like making a Y pipe or wtever. i have flowtechs which everyone said its crappy and it leaks, i bought them and been 2 years now with zero issues and they are stainless. also, you might have fitment issues with same pair that fitted perfectly on a different car. its our cars not the headers
