Default Leather interior upgrades for the Camaro and Firebirds / TA

Wondering what interest you guys have for us to start offering the leather door panels, console dash ect for upgrades for the Fbody cars to go along with our C5 and C6 Corvette interior upgrade packages

If you guys would like to see this done we can easily add this option

Here is an example of some of the Corvette stuff we have sent out this week

Let us know what you think and we can work on adding the products for you guys

Dennis

door panels
these run 1199.99 for the C5 Corvette to send in panels
any color leather any color stitching
we can do Alcantara as well for a very minimal upcharge
Camaro and Firbird pricing we can work out should be similar.

Corvette radio bezel and console

They look great but to be honest, there was another sponsor selling DIY leather kits for less than half of what you charge for door panels and there was little, if any, interest...also, complete interiors in mint condition can be found for sub-$600 and there are several write-ups for recovering DIY....

We do alot of this for the C5 and C6 owners and just checking interest for the fbody crowd.

1199.99 for door panels is actually very good price for the C5 for a pair.

others want 1400.00 each

thanks for your input

Hell yes there is interest! But not for that kind of price...
Look into making a kit someone can buy and put on themselves easily. Front of dash right below windshield, and center console especially.

There is no easy way to stich and wrap door panels and to get them to look like this.
This week alone for the C5 we have 15 sets of door panels on the way to us because this is such a good deal.

Here is one we did in Porsche Cork Leather with carpet on the bottom per request from the customer.
He is actually sending seats, dash, console bezel everything this next week for the rest of it to be done..Thanks for your input

I would be very interested myself but not for that price. There is a reason I own a camaro and not a corvette because I can't afford the price difference. I would be interested in a kit like this for the right price though. I have been looking for a leather wrap kit and one with stitching would be an added bonus.

Exactly. I'm very interested just can't afford this right now, but it is on my wishlist. I really didn't mind our interiors till I started looking at some high end interiors and realized ours really are lacking/junk.

Thanks for the interest

I might just get a set of door panels for a Firebird, TA or Camaro and have them finshed

any request on which? Any request on color of stitching and if so all black leather?

We always try to keep cost as low as we can for everyone. Its just not simple wrapping these parts in leather and getting all the stitches straight as possible and to look good.

Our C5 and C6 Corvette full leather wrapped door panels are around 700.00 less than the competition at 1199.99 a pair for the C5 and 1499.99 a pair for the C6
I am sure we can offer the best quality and the best pricing on these door panels and other parts for all of you as well.

Thanks for th einput and keep it coming.

I am with the crowd so far on this. he pieces you show are beautiful, and I don't doubt your prices are competitive, but... many here would put $1200 into performance mods long before appearance ones, especially interior cosmetic ones. Nice work, but about 3-4 times the price point where I see mass acceptance. No doubt there is no way to hit that cost, I would recommend limited investment in setting up for Fbodies. That said, my guess is you will likely sell 5-10 of us, even though 75% would want what you make.

That is beautiful quality work and I see the value in such an investment.
I've spent more on things that I wouldn't get as much enjoyment from (film props) so I definitely would be interested in improving the interior of my CETA.
As far as color I would want something very close to the Ebony stock interior color with some tasteful silver stitching. I think that would fit well with most all interiors.
Also, in consideration to other f-body owners wanting the price adjusted, would it ve any more cost effective to use vinyl upholstery material?

That right there is the problem your gonna run into with the F-car crowd. The quality of your work looks awesome, and the prices seem more than reasonable...especially with all the stitiching and use of real leather.

Interested to see what that would like, and what the cost would be.
