Default Newbie, help needed

I have a 69 Camaro with a LS1. I washed the engine bay and now the engine runs like it's carburetored with a stuck choke. Any ideas?

let it dry out, you clearly got water where it isn't supposed to be

Can you pull the code from the computer? Did the computer get wet?
