I need a 6/speed for my 6.0 swap. Cant find one local. If I do they are a arm and a leg to buy..

I did find a 05 CTS-V 6/speed for a good price. is this the same as the 98/02 T6 shifter location???

They aren't that overly costly to ship. If you find a good deal on one some where else it may cost you less to have it shipped than to find one locally.

I can tell you the input shafts are different also. I ended up with one after buying it as one for an f-body

Different == 1/2" shorter requiring use of LS6 pilot bearing.

Not a show stopper.
