I have a 69 Camaro with a 2005 Ls2/6spd with Speartech harness and LS1
computer, drive by wire. Fuel pump is an in tank walbro 255. Car has been running great for 3 years for 600 miles. Put it into storage 7 months ago filled tank with Stabil ran it , disconnected battery and done. Go to start it last weekend starts right up ran to 185 shut down instantly. Go to restart it , electric pump primes, shuts off car runs 2 seconds dies instantly, does this several times. Let it sit for 30 minutes starts right up gets to 185 dies instantly. No light, havent checked for codes. Any ideas??

stabil contains ethanol an excessive amount of alcohol in a gas car means bad business, it will eat your fuel pump alive and cause horrible driveability issues on its way out, with that said did you use only what the bottle said to use, stabil is good stuff when used as reccomended, kinda like viagra. if thats not your issue get a scan tool and see what your pcm is seeing as far as coolant temps, keep starting it and letting the pcm diagnose it eventually it will set a code, you prob allready have a pending code. if you get us some codes it will be alot easier for us to help you
