Eng dia plug

Ok guys i having trouble. My cel is on and i hooked up my scanner and it cant make communication with the ecu. Any one have any ideas or wiring diagrams that i can use to check that. Thanks in advance. Its a 96 camaro lt1 6spd

I know in a lot of cars its usually a fuse and its tied into the cig light fuse. Not sure if it is the same with our cars but it's an easy thing to check
