Broke my power steering pulley. Please help! Now I'm trying to get the allen head bolt out of the pump and I've broke two sockets already. How do I get the thing off?

There is a power steering pulley removal & installation kit you have to have to do this.
You can barrow them from some parts stores or buy one, a common kit is the Lisle tools # 38850
