Default pulsing lights

As the title says my lights are pullsing, well more my battery gauge, but wondering what could cause it

My 01 SS was doing the exact same thing. Headlights, tail lights, interior lights,and battery gauge all pulsating together. After checking all the grounds I replaced my alternator and it quit.

it could be a bad plug too! mine used to do that before my plugs change but it was very minimal.
