Default anyone built a 427 or larger out of an lq9/lq4?

like the title states, i've been tossing around the idea of building a big displacement engine but college absorbs most of my funds, so a 3k-5k shortblock isn't exactly feasible. i'm just wondering if i could get away with sleeving a 6.0 block to this size, and if it would be worth the trouble cost wise.

Sleeving is not a "cheap alternative". If your funds are tight, just go with a 408 (or similar) that doesn't require any tricks to make happen. You can sure turn out some impressive horsepower and the 20 cid difference will be almost negligible.
