Military Hotrod Club - anyone on board in the coast guard?

I have gone through the entire recruiting process blah blah you know all the bs. I leave for boot camp october 18th and was wondering if anyone else on the forum is in the cg and how they like it and where theyre stationed?

I am an MK2, station in Texas. Been a good 4 years so far.

There was a big ol' thread not to long ago for CG but no one posted on it for a while so it disappeared.

I'm an AET2 up in Kodiak, AK on the C130 side at the AIRSTA. Been 8+ years so far and like it. This is technically my 5th unit and have been happy at all of them. Well mostly happy lol. Welcome aboard, any ideas what rate you want yet?

i really would like to be an airman. Im going into boot camp with my as degree already and would love to become a coast guard pilot
