Default Lt1 Vette vs 535i

So I had a bad night at work and finally got off at 12:30 and while I'm driving home I meet up with an ******* in a 535i. I see him across the intersection turning right and I have the green arrow so I cross and turn. As soon as I pass infront of him I hear the sound of tires spinning and he pulls past me by about 4 car lengths and slows up for me to catchup. I didn't have time to reach back and open the nitrous bottle so I've got to run him unaided. As soon as I get along side of him he nails it and I'm playing catchup again. Then I see the light turn red about a block up and I know this yuppies night is about to get worse than my night at work 2 fold. I reached back turned the valve and hit the arm swiitch and waited for the green.

10 seconds later the green comes and give him the move halfway through the intersection. I want this ******* to know that his 60,000 dollar BMW got kicked. He got me by 2 1/2 when I got on it. In just seconds I'm even and seconds later it's over. I backed out at 120 and waited for him to get even with my door at 65 I drop into low 2 and roll back up to about 110 then back off and wait for him again and I did it all over again. Now Mr. ******* won't even look over at me.

It really made me feel good to pound his yuppy ***.

2800 Stall, 222 Dur .505 lift cam, CAI, Muffler eliminators, 1.6 roller rockers, Home port and polished heads, PCM4less tune, Shift kit and 100 wet shot.

And not all BMW drivers are ******** but this guy was, beyond a shadow of a doubt. The only thing that could have made it better, was if his old lady were in the copilots seat.

As for Mister not much, PM me your cell phone # I'd love to add your Camaro to my kill list. I'll stop by on my way up to Wisconsin later this fall.

Yeah if figure he sounds pretty stock with a 100 shot, but wasn't sure if he was rocking some bolt ons or not.

touchy?

it was an honest/humble question of interest since i tore up my neighbors STOCK lt1 vette in the cobalt.

since i posted from my phone, my sig doesn't come up on my post above so I will assume you meant you want a piece of the cobalt since the camaro is out of your league

good job spraying a low 14 second bimmer

Just alittle touchy, it's been a bad last few days. The Cobalt maybe out of my league depending on the boost #'s also.

Nice kill

You happen to have 1/4 mile times for your car?

My buddy's dad's 92 went 11.60's last year with gears, shift kit, 150 shot, cutouts, and flowmasters...needless to say we were impressed! lol

LT1 vettes are very underrated IMO

Sorry no timeslips, the closest strip is 150 miles away from me but the car has fendered a buddies tuned, x-piped and pullied 03 Cobra from the dig. I would like to bump the shot up to 150 throw a set of DR's and make the trip later in the year when it drops below a 100 degrees here. Here are few pictures.

I've got plans for a new Dana 44 with 3.73's later this year.

Clean car. Was the nitrous really necessary though?

very clean and I like that blue alot. I think a tuned 135i may be a better run for you. They are quite a bit lighter with the same powerplant. And yeah i always like to feed into the "bimmer douche" stigma for fun. I'm the furthest thing from most of those guys lol.

The car has the G92 option which should be the 3.07's. And yes I had to squeeze the motor, I couldn't have him going back to his condo telling his wife or girlfriend how he just killed some Redneck in a Vette. LOL

It's going to be a night and day difference with the 3.73s. You may not need the juice for 3/4s of your street encounters after the swap.

Have you done anything to reduce the weight?

My wife just commented this past weekend about how she would like to trade in her 2005 Impala in on new BMW 135i. God help me, she'd probably beat my Vette. But there could be pity sex in it for me. How much is the 135i sticker for?
