Default Please Help With my Code Confusion.

So this weekend i started driving my car. I got maybe 40 miles on the car when out of nowhere there was no response to pressing the pedal. It even idles lower than normal. Ive got a scanner so i pulled the codes and cleared them out. once i start it, it just idles lower than normal and the codes are right back.

Here are the codes.
P1516
Command VS Actual throttle position performance (Tac Module)

P0120
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor A circuit

P0220
Throttle/Pedal Position Switch B Circuit

P2135
Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "A"/"B" Voltage Correlation

Now ive done some research and ive looked at my Yellow wire that hooks into my TB, i traced back about a foot and its fine.

Im thinking some sort of Hardware Failure, Its a New Pedal Assy. not to count that out but i would look at that last. The TAC came with my harness and engine. The TB was bought used and modded to fit my water pump, the Water barbs underneath it have been cut off.

I was thinking of just replacing the TB, but i figured id ask some of you before i waste money.

Thanks for looking

Throttle position sensor. I'm not sure what car you are driving in but if it is an ls1 it should be this part.

Only the 1516 is a TAC code.
The other 3 are all pedal position circuit codes. Start with the postion sensor codes.
Need to double check your wiring there. I'm guessing this is a swapped car with a 6.0?

Yes, 6.0 swapped, Ive uncovered all the wiring and it all looks good. The position sensor is new on the pedal.

Well hopefully this weekend i will have a friend come over with a chevy truck with the same setup and we can do some part swapping and try and eliminate parts that could be wrong.
