Default Comp 925 duals vs. Patriot "Gold" duals

02 WS6 with a Raptr cam from thunder racing .615/.615 lift and having issues with my comp 918s...the newer model 918s advertise .625 lift but clearly cant hold that due to the fact that ive broken multiple springs so I was curious as to what the advantages of the comp 925 kit over the Patriot "Gold" kit were. Looks like I could save about $100 with the patriots but is that for a reason? Here's some info on each.

Patriot Performance Dual "Gold" Valve Spring Kit - inlcudes titanium retainers, Super 7 locks, machined bases, and Viton valve seals (max lift .650")
-$255

Comp Cams 26925 Dual Spring Kit - Suitable to .650 lift with more aggressive ramp-rate cams - Kit includes 63-26925 Valve Springs, 63-1779-16 Tool Steel Retainers, Spring
-$360

There's the happy medium. Duals with great pressure, less sagging and pressure drops over time as compared to the $255 kit listed, and titanium retainers included all for $289.99 plus the ride!
