Default TSP Tqr V2 and washington Sniff test

SO I am looksing at the TSP tourqer V2 cam, THis will be on a stock LQ4 bottom end with LS3 heads and a LS3 intake. I am starting from scratch so I have not yet purchased an ECM. My question is that Its going into a 93 Jeep YJ and I will have to pass the sniff test. IS it possible with this cam ?

Cam Specs will be

232/234 .595"/.598" I was thinkong about a 113 or 114 CL

If your sniffer test is anything like California's, then no it will not pass. You might ask in the Western Regional Forum and see if any of the locals have any feedback.

my bro has this cam on 116 lsa in his ls3 92 z it passes w cats and a good tune in tx. 2nd this cam is kind of big for a trail truck and i dont think it matches the ls3 heads to well and i think you would be spinning the motor up to high for off roading if thats what youll be doing.

Most of the shelf cams out there are for cathedral port heads... I would find a reputable custom grinder and get one specific for the setup you have. Do some research on here for custom grind cams, and find out who knows what they are doing...
