Default Too much grinding??

i just got a set of weld prostars 15x4 with a 1.875 back space and im trying not to run a spacer up front so i started grinding the one caliper. it is possible to grind too much? ive been going at it for like 3 hours now and it almost looks like i still have about an 1/8 of an inch still to grind off.

The spacer would have been easier

Yes it would have been easier but if u rear the fine print they always say spacers r not recommend and I'm not the kinda person to do something half *** just cause it's easier

Grinding the calipers a lot is way worse than a small spacer IMO. Seems like a good way to weaken the already soft aluminum allowing them to spread during braking.

Grinding the calipers to fit prostars takes awhile man. I spent a solid 7 hours on my fronts to get them to fit.
