HPTune in Santa Barbara to north LA area Is there anyone in the Santa Barbara to north LA area that can give me an HPtune or something that will get rid of my speed limiter????

for search purposes the cities in that range are: Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Carpinteria, Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Malibu, Santa Monica, Van Nuys, Westwood.......
