hello! im Mike, Im from Detroit, new to this forum,,, I have a 73 nova with a ls1 short block, and cnc'ed 243 heads,, it's got a texas speed cam and pro flo intake, 350 trans w/ brake and a 5500 converter and 456 gear, car runs real good on 275 m/t dr tires. Im a converted big block guy,, after this ls car, I dont think I will ever run another motor again!!! these things make sooo much power for soo little cash! and efi is the way to go!!! I have a motor on the stand that I just picked up, it's a 6.0 iron block,,, has 0821 heads on it, and casting numbers on rear of pass side of block are 257518,,,, Is ths a good motor??? I cant figure out what it is,,,, it looks like new,,, no grime on it at all,,, oil on dip stick is also like new,,,, any idea what Igot????
