Default Need 42# Stock injector data

I'm running a set of FIC 42# LS1 injectors that are a STOCK injector with a different pattern to spray 42#/hr. I am in the process of correcting my tune and need the stock info, But the flow rate is different. (separate file) I can't find the sheet that came with the injectors either.. Has the offset changes with these injectors? If the pattern has changed that would change the offset, correct?

I opened a compare file from a stock 2000 Z28, but pretty much everything is untouched except for flow rate, cutoff RPM (leaving this alone) and PE Eq Ratio (Which will get changed according to what the car wants.

What should I be running for the 42# Flow rate KPA Data? I have a spreadsheet of a bunch of different injectors but I don't want to imput the wrong data and end up chasing a problem because of it.

Here's what I have NOW.

And the attached image is of the Ford 39# injectors that are supposed to be similar. Ideas?? And I changed the Minimum pulsewidth to 0.8ms due to the larger injector, it will prolly be too much fuel at idle. Ok idea?

^ Nice! Thanks dude! I converted it to g/sec.

Was there any change to the offset or Min pulsewidth?

Everything has changed when you use that kind of an injector

Your best bet

Is adjust the flow rate and call it a day.

Bake all the error into the ve and maf if you are running one.

You could tinker with the data and see if you can get it better.

Ok.. Here's my tune file... I know I may need to change a couple other things as far as injector data. I adjusted the Minimum Inj PW down to 0.790 and it idles a tad lean for me, but the idle quality has improved nicely!

Anyway.. Don't mind the VE mess from the last hack tuner. I haven't gotten around to fixing it. My damn LC1 wont show up and I can't figure out why.

Did you get these to dial in good or what? I just ordered a set of them today and will need to change my tune for them. What did you end up changing?

uumm you could have gone to the fuel injector sticky section and downloaded the excel file and put in 42# injectors and it would have given you your IFR table for hptuners
