What is it Worth? - to buy or not to buy 1999 ws6

so right now i have a grandprix gxp with the ls4, well its in the shop for oil consumption again.
i found an 1999 trans am ws6 in white for 8,999. it has a 100,000 miles and is in perfect condition and is completely stock! the single thing wrong with it is a small crack on front bumper.the leather and dashboard look like they just came out of the factory.
so should i sell the gxp for around 13,000 and buy the trans am ? and what should i buy to replace stuff that may break at that many miles?



or just get an 04 gto and not have spending cash

$9000 is a lot for 100k miles...i suggest shopping around on the car classifieds here. But if your GXP isnt treating you right, then ditch it..

id look for something newer or with less mileage.

Or look in states close to you... 9k will get you a nice fbody here in Texas..maybe worth the drive....good luck

i defiantly do not mind driving out to texas, dallas is only 2 hour and 30 minute drive from my house

I just looked on craigslist in the dfw area,,, and there are a few ok deals,,, a 02 ws6 88k miles for 8700... i live in the dfw area,,, and im sure you maybe able to get that car for 8k or less,,,, happy hunting...

Try to talk him down and use the spare cash for a motor and trans.
