Went to the track and was not impressed. I went to WestTexas Raceway Test and Tune last saturday and I was not impressed at all 
. My mods are in my sig and I was not having any launching problems at all. The Nitto Dr's hooked great my runs felt great also shifted fine. I know I am a better than average driver. I launched at around 2500 rpms because I was babying the rearend I have heard some people have broke there rearends with one good hook on Nitto's. I did not want to have get a ride home from the track. Here are some things to take into consideration, First I had a near full tank of gas, spare tire and jack a few things in the back seat like my girlfriends purse and a few small water bottles.
I also drove the car to the track from my home its about 65 miles from my home to the track. I had a air tank to put air back in the tires after my runs to drive back home. The air tank was not in the car during the runs but everything else was i listed earlier. Also the wind was blowing about 15 to 20 MPH and the temp was about 65 degrese.

I show a calculated DA of +368-ft. Here are the recorded temps from Feb. 28th at 11:53am. There was a strong SE wind of 24 mph. I assume the track faces east-west.
11:53 AM59.0 °F / 15.0 °C 45.0 °F / 7.2 °C 60%29.79 in / 1008.6 hPa 10.0 miles / 16.1 kilometers SE24.2 mph / 38.9 km/h 32.2 mph / 51.9 km/h
The DA wasn't a negative factor but the wind might account for some.The lowest DA correction factor NHRA has is for +1200-ft. If you use the 60-ft formula 1/10 reduced in the 60-ft time will reduce your 1/4 mi ET by .15 or .10 x1.5.
Remove your drive side floor mat and STAND on the gas pedal to make sure your are getting true WOT. I would also have someone Autotap your car and check for Knock Retard, WOT voltage for starters. Lower your PSI on the drag radials to 22 psi at the track. Your 1/8 and 1/4 mi mph is waay low for a LS1, souble check all plug wires.
Finally practice, practice and practice driving at the track. The driver mod is a very important one.

2.2 60ft w/DR's ? Something's amiss. I recorded a 2.08 60ft (1500 launch) on my best 1/4 mi., and I have the stock street tires. Power shifting is NOT the solution here. What gas are you running? I would defintely check the intake side of things first (from the air filter to the TB) perhaps you sucked up something that's restricting the flow. Then I'd check the plugs. If that all looks good I'd get it dyno tuned (LS1 Edit). Much can determined, and adjusted, there. Good Luck to you.
