Reverse flow heads on an ls motor?

Reverse flow heads on an ls motor? Anyone done this? Seems like having all 8 exhaust ports next to each other would make exhaust tuning a lot better. Also top mount turbo benefits as described in another thread around here re: twin twin-scroll turbo setup for a LS motors firing order.
