I ended up getting the Lisle Universal Camshaft bearing installer #18000 from summit with a price match against tooldiscounter.com for 121.48.
Since the bearings are different sizes and I prefer to not use a mandrel that is shaped like a cone to drive in/out the bearings this was the best priced option.
