I bought the car a few weeks ago and just realized it only has one cat, the only mods are subframe connectors & flowmaster exhaust. Help?

What do you need help with? Are you worried about passing emissions? What's the problem?

LS engines are very clean. They only have one cat factory.

What car did you buy? You didn't mention.

All LS1 F-bodies have two cats stock, so if one is missing than it was removed by a previous owner.

If you have something other than an LS1 F-body, then having one cat might be normal. You'll have to tell us what car you have.

Then one cat was removed at some point.

You can remove the other one too, unless you have a visual or sniff test to pass.

OBD scan tests can be passed without cats, by using O2 sims or custom tuning.

Whats wrong with only having one cat. I mean one cat stinking up a litter box is bad enough why would you want two. LOL J/K seriously though as already stated one had to have been removed by previous owner. Post pics of the underside if possible and we will definitely be able to tell you what is going on.

What he said. . . It's up there, unless you have headers or a custom Y pipe.
