Default Can't decide what to do about rebuild.

I'm just about ready to get the ol t56 rebuilt and just can not for the life of me decide who to go with. My first intent is to go with TDP because he has great reviews and seems to be less expensive than either RPM or Tick, but doesn't seem to have as many builds out as the others. Not that I doubt his ability to build a transmission because he obviously does a damn fine job of it. RPM on the hand has been around a long time, has transmissions that have been beat on for years out there still going strong, and little things like their "Modified" 1-2 fork leads one to believe they're years of experience might give them an advantage over the others. The down side to RPM is the set up I'm looking at would end up running me in the low 3k range and I'd have to send my core to them. Going the TDP route I could get basically the same setup shipped to me for about $2600 and not have to worry about the core. I could in turn sell my transmission or send it to TDP to recoup some of the $2600 so I'm looking at roughly somewhere around 19-2100. I will not do business with Tick again. I have my reasons. Not looking to start a discussion about it, just want to save anyone's time from suggesting I go the Tick route. Nor am I trying to start a battle between shops. I'd just like to hear some others sides about their builds and maybe help me get a little more comfortable in making a decision.

Sorry for the novel.

+1 Had my old trans built by them, Liberty's is a great place. Cost effective, patient and fast. They are the go to place for all other t56 places to have face plating done
