Default most random car repair on side of the road

ok so most random repair I have ever heard of happen to me today in middle of intersection

I was turning to go under 610 and car stopped turnning and just went straight almost into the curb so im across all lanes of traffic in the intersection, look under the drivers side and my tie rod end retaining bolt fell off so my tie rod fell off the spindle. lucky me i had a extra tierod end in the back seat and just but the rod back in the spindle tighten the nut as best i could and drove home

I replaced a 280zx head gasket in my apartment parking lot, back when I was in college. Took me about 2 hours on a Saturday. Like most apartments working on cars was agains the rules.

With or without the "trap door" method.

Without the trap door method. Thank goodness I have true duals dump and didn't have to remove any exhaust. It was still a pain in the ***.

Used to have a 4wd ford f250. I was driving down the road when I busted a u joint to the rear. I hopped out in the middle turning lane. Pulled the driveshaft off, threw it in the back, put in 4wd and drove home with the front. Bad thing is when I turned it would hop. Funny ****.
