Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - 454 with no spark need help

i just bought it. 98 k3500 1ton crew lifted nice truck. has 454 previous owner pulled it to have it rebuilt due to fuel wash. i had it rebuilt put new injectors,plugs wires coil ignition control module in it. its all hooked up ready to go.i went for the first crank and nothing.i did check spark at #1 and at the coil and nothing at either. i do have 2 extra wires that have no home but there arent any females to plug into anywhere nearby. i have been searching for an engine wiring diagram online with no real success. it seems there are a ton of 350 diagrams but no 454 diagrams. i would appreciate if anyone knows of a good site for that so i can double check that all is correct. please if anyone can help me diagnose the problem i would appreciate the help.

If you can get to a dealer and ask them real nice they may print you out a schematic diagram.It definitely sounds like somethings not connected right.(U probably know that)

Is the block grounded to the frame and/or body? Should be wires connected to the rearmost outside valve cover bolts and the firewall. Are they there or hooked up?
