Default 100+ Shot is it safe?

Right now im running a 100 shot dry with full bolt ons. Im looking to just step up to a 125 shot and wondering if its safe. I do have a tune for the 100 shot through frost and its a black box so when you flip the switch to turn on the nitrous it will turn the nitrous tune and then when you turn of the nitrous it will go back to max n/a tune, best of both worlds i guess. Basically in the end im spraying 25hp more then what the car is tuned for. Is this safe am i maxing out my injectors.

short answer..
NO

if you are already maxing out your injectors...then you are already not safe as it is.
not to mention the unknowns of how safe that black box tune actually is...
how much timing was removed? how much fuel is being added?

in reality... if your black box tune has enough timing pulled out, and you are still way on the safe side of fueling...then it would not be an issue...

Personally, I would not risk it unless you were already prepared to do some engine repair if something does go wrong.

i was told that 2 degrees is pulled for every 50hp of nitrous. The blue light is on the black box but not sure if it means its actually working or not. Its wired in correctly thats for sure. Frost is pretty reputable when it comes to tuninng our LS motors so the only other way of checking is just put it on the dyno get a/f and find out the duty cycle.

Get with frost. He know how the tune is in the car. Also what injectors? Stock? If you have a friend with hptuners or efilive they can log IDC for you as well. This will take any guess work out of it.

I wish i knew peoploe around were i live were they did have stuff like that. Most people i know just stick with intake and exhaust and leave it at that. Im not sure if i put it on the dyno even if i have good A/F it doesnt really mean the box is working or not meaning timing is being pulled. I know with my chevy cruze when i loaded the tune using a tactrix cable and just files i dowloaded through email you can data log it and send it back to him to see if its running properly or not not sure if frost has somthing like this but easiest way is to find a local tuner and see if that might work. Does anyone know someone locally?

ZZP has a great reputation in the 3800 and Cobalt SS world, I wouldn't think twice about buying from them.

I checked the part number on the injectors but it says it will not fit my car.
