I just put a set of lifters in a 2002 trans am that has patrior performace stage II heads comp cam 230/232 .591/594 lift 114 lsa custom tuning by futral motorsports and a ported throttle body.. the car ran fine other than the lifter tap when i came in but now every time you start the car it jumps to the rev limiter and hangs there i check for vacuum leaks none were found and everything is pluged back up the way it was.... i really dont know where to look any ideas? thanks..

see thats the only thing i could think of but could that really make it idle that high? also where it got tuned was states away is there a way to get a mail tune?

Have you checked to see if the tb cable is hung open?
