Hey guys, im not seeing alot of info on this turbo, but was curious if you were gonna use it, which motor size would you use it with.


1/8th mile racing (possible 1/4 if i bracket the car), th400 or Powerglide,both with a brake(leaning towards the glide, and have both sitting here), 8.8 rear end, 3000lb car.

I run it on a 418
Made 975rwhp(17.5psi) on a real soft tune up so far. Looking for around 1100-1200 end of the day.

Thanks for chiming in here, I was telling Dave about your car, and was hoping you might chime in.

Im curious about this too as im leaning towards this same style setup myself for my FC build.

He was actually at my house when he posted this thread, lol. So im for more responses too.

So far I am super happy with the turbo. I wonder how it would do on smaller cubes. You might have to turn the motor a little more but with the right setup I bet it would haul the mail on less cubes.

Thanks Ls1Curt. Nice setup man. Me and Dave were talking about it today. I think we might go with a 383. I had a nice talk with FI today. They seemed to think it should work ok.
