Default Does anybody ever answer the Phones at Harris Speed Works?

trying to get a hold of them all morning...

have question about which pieces I need.. and need to order some parts TODAY!!

I picked up some solenoids and have questions and need some fittings as well

anybody who can help me get a hold of them?

I had the same problem. They answer e-mail pretty damn quickly and ship just as quickly! I'm sure others ship quickly too, but HSW is only a few hundred miles from me. So without paying a premium, I get my orders within two days.

About a year ago I called 3-4 times over the corse of a week or two and they answered the phone every time. Maybe they are closed for some reason? They treated me well and would like to think that is the norm. Good luck.

When I did my nitrous install it was a HSW kit. I called several times and always got someone on the phone to help me out. I have actually used several LS1tech sponsors and have always been happy with the product, price, and service I recieved. Did you try contacting them in e-mails or on this forum maybe.

I've tried calling multiple times on multiple days
I've left messages and gotten no response

Dont know what is going on with them, or why they have such shitty customer service...
Nor Do I care.

I Just called up Chris over at Nitrous Outlet and he took care of me...
I'll be selling my HSW **** as soon as my new Nitrous outlet stuff arrives...

I don't know, it jus' seems inconsistent with what I've experienced. I think they only have a handful of people so don't expect them to pick up the phone any time you call. However, when I've left messages, I'd always get a call back in a timely matter. Same with e-mails.

Again, I almost want to say you guys are bullshitting or you're jus' calling them and when they don't pick up, you don't leave a message and have a bitch fit.

how about The fact that I've left over a dozen messages in the past week and a half... And haven't gotten one single response....
Not to mention I've tried to get an email response from their online contact window with no results there either..


as a matter of fact.. they dont even put their phone # on their website anymore...
I had to go from a # I had in my phone from a while back, and I verified it with a buddy of mine to see if he had teh same #..
when you call, you get an automated system... which puts you on hold for a few minutes, and then tells you to leave a message...AND NOBODY CALLS YOU BACK!

I'm not just a bull *******... I'm a reputable person on this site and several others...

As a matter of fact guys....we are going to have to implement LS1techs policy regarding non sponsor activity. I inquired several months ago about HSW and it was stated they would be back soon. Apparently that has not happened...so as of now, and unless something changes regarding Nick and the guys at HSW we will have to move on.

So please be aware of these current curcumstances.

Obviously since HSW has been such a large part of LS1tech and so many users have thier products...there would be no way to restrict discussion of those products. But pimping and promoting HSW products in threads and signatures is subject to the standard LS1tech rules from now on....unless of course they come back. Hopefully they do. If anyone has a good contact with Nick or the guys please update them and tell them to contact IB admin regarding LS1tech sponsorship renewal.

They do not give a **** about there customers. I needed to talk to them about buying parts all I ever got were emails. I'm the type of person that likes to talk over the phone with my order they would never give me the number to order.




I have dealt with daves nitrious outlet many times and have nothing but great things to say about them. So call daves the will treat you right.

Guys I opened this back up. Please be courteous regarding HSW and the guys. They were here for many years and provided lots of tech info and good products. Not sure what the issue is but times are tough all around.

However I feel it is important that LS1tech members know whether a company is a sponsor and what type of service can be expected.

No offense, but just because times are tough doesn't mean customer service goes down the *******. If anything, they should be stepping up and making sure all of their customers or potential customers needs are met.

If they don't want your business then take it somewhere where its wanted and welcomed. Chris over at NO has helped me since day one, so I won't go anywhere else.

No offense taken. I am simply giving the benefit of the doubt because I have no clue as to the details.... and you are of course completely entitled to your opinion and to state it here. I just dont want this thread to become nasty in any way.
