Where should the knock sensor wire be routed under/past the intake?

Where should the knock sensor wire be routed under/past the intake? I am finally putting my car back togather and was wondering how the knock sensor wire should be routed under the intake and where should it exit the rear at? I don't want to go through this routine again. Anyone have any pics or general suggustions? I don't see any designated spot for it to run or exit?
