Default C5 Lowering question. Stock Bolts

I just did the front and it was very straight forward but the car didnt come down any.
I got 3 full turns out of both sides in the front and it didnt budge a bit. I took it down the street about 5 miles, maybe I need to drive it more??

I read that sometimes it takes a while for them to settle?? Any experience with that? About how many miles?

Thanks

I noticed that in about a week it settled for me. I believe it took more than three full turns for the fronts though.

One side only turned 3.5 turns before it bottomed out. The other went 4.25 before it did.
So I set them both at 3 turns so it would be an even drop.

That seemed like the right way to do it to me. Am I wrong??

Thanks
