Cam question Hey guys what is the best cam that will put me in the low 10's, pass emissions without a problem, no lope at all, doesn't need new ratainers and what not, and is only $100

What I really need to know is what makes a cam a cam, all I see are a bunch of #'s in a row, and I have no clue what they mean or do.
If there is a web site out there somewhere that explains it all? Or if not, does anyone have a little time to teach?
