Damn, good kill. I seriously thought those little boogers were fast, let alone a supercharged one.

He said he was running a base tune that came with the kit, im sure if he got Flashpro or something and got the car dyno/street tuned, it would be a much better race. I told him im down to rerun if he does anything else and wants to see how much faster it got.

I was talking about an lsx s2k the other day with a friend lol I didn't think it would fit. Also, anyone bashing an s2k should go drive one, i drove a stock one and its not "fast" but god damn does it handle really good.

I really like them but wished they came hardtop.

You can get some aftermarket hard tops for them.

It was met to handle. Road course kinda stuff. Replaced the Prelude.

there's a turbo s2k here that went high 9s @ 140+ last year.

good runs, i'd expect an s2k with 10psi to walk all over an exhaust/tune fbod. i would have lost that bet haha. you know the "base tune" is killing that car.

Ive driven a couple of them and think once you get past 6k rpms they do really well accelerate good. Most people turbo these cars and with low boost are low to mid 300's at the wheels. My friend had a RSX Type S and he was boosting 14-15psi with other mods, full exhaust, intake, cams and was around 435 FWHP and higher with better octane. I was shocked it can handle that much power engine and drivetrain.

I really can't stand supercharged 4 cylinders.. Great on an s2k for road racing, but not drag racing. If he did a GT35R with a log manifold at 10psi he woulda been at 400whp and pulled. AND its cheaper.. Terrible..!

theres a few S2K's around here that are north of 500 wheel so I always check for a front mount when I see one and ask for a race lol. I guess I'm a safe racer :D

side note, looks like the supercharged set up is not the way to go with those cars...

It had a front mount lol, I already knew it was SC though since his friend set up the run in advance...

I think its way easier to make power on these cars then an fbody. Simple turbo setup can get north of 500 on stock everything.

That would take quite a lot in an LSX
